It's an oil change place, so my expectations aren't sky high, and they under-impressed from the first moment of my arrival. First, a lack of clarity of where to go. When pointed in the right direction (Tim's and Valvoline is now the same place), the woman inside seemed wildly disinterested in being there, speaking to me down the checklist in a barely audible voice. Fast, friendly and affordable!
I went to get a coolant leak fixed, and fortunately for me, they caught that my serpentine belt was about ready to snap, the cause being a bad tensioner. Anywho, they took good care of me, and I'll definitely be back.
Called and asked for the wait because I was on a long road trip with my dogs. Was told 20-25 minutes. Asked if I could wait with my dogs and was told to walk the block. After an hour and watching other cars that showed up after mine go ahead of me my truck was finally done. Poor customer service and no explanation for the delay.
