I have taken all my fur babies to the Inglewood location and the staff has been awesome with my babies in good times and bad. I had to let my oldest baby go last week and I just got a sympathy card from the staff. These little touches make it my vet of choice.
Location on Gallatin Rd near Litton school, tech tried to drag my obviously frightened cat out of his carrier and he supposedly bit her. Reported to metro and my cat has to be quarantined for 10 days at my expense. Tech not even hurt badly enough for medical attention until I called to complain over 24 hours AFTER the alleged bite.
They have no consideration of time and tell you, you are responsible for the wait. I usually come 5-15 min early and wait 30-40 min before seen by the vet. This last time I decided to arrive 10 min after my appointment time thinking it would cut down appointment time and still had a 20 min wait. Their response was very defensive and rude as to why I yet again had to wait. I guess you get discounted customer service at Value vet. You get what you pay for. Main Street east Nashville location.
Value Vet is Rip off Vet. I took all my pets out of their care!! They refuse care to pets that come in with fixable minor problems, because they say they don't have appointments!! WHAT?? The animal was turned away??? Wow they care very much about your PET!!! The staff don't know how to use a computer. The Dr's are just out of school and always changing, give wrong diagnosis. I go to the Englewood location (closer to home). These ladies are great & there is a lot of compassion here. I took our youngest girl "Lil Bit" to get spayed this morning & was treated with up most respect. Their prices are very affordable! Thank you ladies again for everything.
