What a great find in that area! I was impressed with the facility meaning, it's cleanliness, look and feel. The turn around time of finding the problem with my fur baby was excellent! In less than 24 hours they found the problem, have prescribed the medication and thoroughly answered my questions. The price was reasonable and anyone can appreciate that. Please don't take your pet here. I left with the feeling that they were going to go something to my dog today. (I'm going through the heartworm treatment process and today was the last shot. I was told that it had to be within 24Hr of the last one. SO i had to leave her plus we have spent over 1200 for this) We have been going her for about 6yrs and mostly have done all vaccines here. I was facing a hard choice with a cat that I adore and an unplanned illness with no money due to not working at the moment. They went out of their way to work with me to keep my costs as low as possible while still working to get him better. They have a customer for life.
Kesley and Dr. Anderson are very very friendly and incredibly helpful. They are up front about everything before moving forward. You can tell they really love animals and care about your pet. Two thumbs up

I like the people and the care my dog received. However the wait was an hour long which is not okay. They should have more people.
This location is filled with the most unprofessional, dumb bitches I have ever encountered. They could not do the most simple of tasks of clipping my dogs nails because they claimed he was being "aggressive," when it was clear they were just trying to go out to lunch. They are sad, pathetic, seemingly uneducated women who only talk shit and have no business calling themselves veterinarians. If you love your animal as I love mine, do not take them to this bullshit location at Nolensville Road
