Horrible customer service!!! Morgan is the worst!!!
Critical: Reliability Tried for WEEKS to get an appointment apparently their vet walked out. Not surprised. Finally made another appointment with Banfield so I could get him his shots. ALL they had to do was fax over his info. They sent everything BUT his vaccination records! So now I get to pay an extra $50 for a test because banfield doewnt have his records and we can't reach anyone at value vet! . I tell you this company fails at every attempt. Can not count on them for even the simplest of things!
Have used them last few times, everytime I call they give me the run around think I’m just going to back to my old vet
RecommendedTessa destroyed the cardboard kitty carrier as I was in the bathroom. I was so blessed that when I was leaving the awesome staff gave me a donated kennel. Thank you so much.
