Value Vet entered incorrect information on the vaccination records of two of my dogs. When I asked the tech to please correct the error, she directed me to contact one of their two managers, Kim or Cindy, and said they would have to correct the error. I subsequently left messages on Monday and again on Wednesday of this week in an attempt to address this problem, and yet neither of them has bothered to return my call. What is my next step here? Scheduled an appointment to have my dog fixed at 7 am. got up at 6:30 am to take her to the Main. St. location and when we arrived I was told that there had been a mistake due to someone "not knowing what they were doing" and ask if another week would work. No apology offered, no discount...nothing. Just a clear statement that my time is of zero importance to them. I guess the value part = you get for what you pay for. Finding a new vet
I need a pet application filled out to move into an apartment verifying that my pets shot records are current. Value Vet will not complete the form without seeing my pet, just so that they can get more money. They have her records in their system so I don't understand the issue other than they are money hungry.
Great staff. Treated me and Ginger with such kindness. I won't go anywhere else. Main Street only.
I will NOT go 2 any other Value Vet. (Main Street ONLY) I love the ppl here the Dr. Always takes her time 2 answer any & all questions. Anything I don't understand she takes the time 2 explain!!! My Dogs are my children .. I KNO & trust they are very well cared for here!!!! TY Dr. Dehmel & your WONDERFUL staff!!!☝
