I love Value Vet! The staff were kind and knowledgeable about my cats situation.
I have used valu vet for the last 3-4 years..but today I took my yorkie in for what I thought was an abscess tooth that happened over night. They would not see her because we had no appointment, no other patient was there. We were the only ones and they said can't see you without an appointment. What kind of vet will not see a sick animal. Dr. Joyner is such a wonderful veterinarian! My dog, Hope, has visited a few different vets who she was good with but still cried the whole visit each time. But this last time she had Dr. Joyner and actually seemed to be happy about it? Even climbed into her lap twice! Everyone will have good experiences and bad experiences no matter where you go. I'm just so glad that Hope and I have found Dr. Joyner and Jodie ❤️
Let me start off by saying, I have a very difficult dog. He's a rescue and I've always dreaded taking him to the vet because he puts up a major fight. I went to the Bellevue location and I had the best experience I've EVER had at a vet. I still had to muzzle my dog, but they were quick and treated us so well! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be going there from now on!
