Thomas took amazing care of our sliding glass door.
We set the appointment online for 9:00am. When they called to confirm the appointment, they stated that it was a block time from 9:00am-11:00am. This was fine as I didn't have to leave for work until 11:00am. Unfortunately, the tech didn't show up until 10:47am, so I was a little peeved that I would be late for work. The tech was very professional and QUICK. (I did not mention that I had to leave ASAP, i didn't want to pressure him to have to hurry and accidentally have a bad result). Quick & efficient. Knew what the problem was right away.
While the work was done at a fair price (it was a simple job), the customer service was bizarre and unacceptable. We had two interior bedroom doors replaced that needed some minor adjusting because the frames were not fully square. They took our old doors in order to get new ones bored and adjusted and said it would take "a few days." Almost a week later no one had called us, and I called and had to leave several messages before anyone called back. This company was scheduled to do the work on a Thursday they did not show up did not even call until an hour after they were supposed to be here and then said they got a flat tire they were not becoming. So I went ahead and rescheduled for the following Saturday. They showed up and did the work but did not do the work they said they would do. when I got home that evening from work and checked. one of the doors would not even open properly it was hitting on the bottom when you tried to open it. After one reschedule, the tech arrived on time for the next appointment. He did a great job with our sliding doors, and fixed several things that were not in my original request. The price was very reasonable for the work accomplished. I would definitely hire them again.
