Thomas arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional and repaired my door quickly and efficiently. All the parts were available without a return trip and my door works like a dream.
Company will not refund down payment after leaving many voice mails and speaking directly to the owner. Ordered a new screen door after having rollers on slider repaired. Paid 50% down on new screen door. First attempt, door did not fit. After several weeks of no communication I left many messages to just send me a refund. Spoke to owner who promised refund check. Another few weeks have passed, still no refund. Company claims to have high ethical standards. This is a fine example of those standards not being upheld.

they could only do one of the doors - and this door is simply a replacement. They looked for another company to have the more problematic door repaired - I hired the proposed company because I had a pretty good impression of it. Neither one of the two contracts is done yet.
Great Co. to do business with. Went way out of their work area to come all the way to Wickenburg when no other Co. would. Service person was polite, professional and very efficient. Couldn't be happier with their service.

I had another company come out to do the repair of the track, but they were unable to do it. Valley Wide had the parts, knowledge and experience to do the replacement of the track with no problems. Very courteous and professional.
