Excellent and timely service. He was professional and paid attention to the small details. I ended up having him also so my brothers slider the same day.
Scheduled my job within a day...
We tried secetal times to schedule and hire the company and once they did come out they didn't have a part. It took two weeks to repair the sliding door, but it came off soon after. They have yet to return to fix the door. Calling a different company to do the door as this company isn't caring about the sliding door.
The person who installed the screen door was two hours past the time in which they said they would be here. I found this to be unsatisfactory. I am please with the quality of the door.
I have requested a follow up for an additional counterweight to complete the job but have not yet received it or a call back.

Valley Wide Sliding Doors installed three sliding doors. The doors were installed on time, but the sliding doors' installation quality was and still is, very poor. The doors themselves were adequate, they were what we expected. Please note that VWSD failed to provide any warranty information for their work or ANY manufacture's information on the sliding door manufacturer or thier warranty information.
