Have asked for and have not received an invoice or receipt of payment. They offer a 3 year warranty but without invoice to prove they did the job, or receipt to prove we paid, how do we enforce a warranty claim? We would like to use them again for more doors but find it difficult without this paper trail.
Patio door never worked so good.
Contractor showed up as scheduled. Rollers and track were replaced on the sliding door panel. Door now works like new. Very professional service.
