Repairman came on time and knew exactly what to do and completed the work quickly. My sliding door track was pitted and could hardly move; it now slides so smooth! plus looked at another sliding door and made improvements with new rollers. Much better. Thank you!
They were late , when they did show up didn?t have what was needed to do the job, so he left and said he would return either that evening or the next morning. The next morning I called and left multiple messages and never heard back from them. Moving on to hire someone else.
Respectful and willing to listen
I got Valleywide's name through HomeAdvisor.com and they called me within an hour and were here the next business day. Thomas was in and out within 35-40 minutes, was very pleasant and fixed the lock and put in new rollers/ball bearings. My 8' slider now opens and closes with one finger instead of it being a full-body experience to move it. Highly recommend these folks!
Incredibly fast, offered the lowest price and didn't even consider up-selling. Really awesome and what a difference it makes to have a smooth gliding glass door!
The employee was VERY polite, had my door and screen door fix under an hour. Will definitely use them again.
