The instructors are amazing! The energy is great! They don't care if it is your first class or you 500th, they treat you like a valued family member. I was hooked from my first class. It is also very clean. Everything is wiped down after every class.

I highly recommend ILKB Lakewood for so many reasons! The staff is amazing, very knowledgable and friendly. I've learned so much and gained so much. I've lost 45 lbs and gotten stronger through the process. The atmosphere is bomb, welcoming and clean. Also, the other members make it fun as well! Love my ILKB Fam!

ILKB Lakewood is so awesome!! It pushes you to do more, the staff is so awesome and fun, it’s clean and the bathroom is fully stocked with goodies for you including a Keurig! Love love love!! And I would’ve only regretted not signing up. 100% recommend ☺️

ILoveKickboxing has changed my life. I joined six months ago and I've lost 20 lbs. I feel more energized and more confident in my everyday life. The ILoveKickboxing family is amazing, the instructors are so motivating and the members are very welcoming. I would recommend ILoveKickboxing to everyone and anyone!!

This Kickboxing Studio is AMAZING! The fitness coaches are very friendly but hold you accountable and help you every step of the way to reach your goals! You will leave feeling good about your workout and laughing due to the amazing time you will have while working out!

I can't say enough about the instructors! They arent just instructors, they are friends. My fit fam! They push me to get the results I want because they care. I went from once a week to twice a week to every day in less than a month! The energy is great! It's everything I was looking for the first time I walked in the door!

I travel all over the country for work, 6 months here, 12 there. I have tried Anytime Fitness, Planet fitness, Rec Centers, cardio programs, personal trainers, etc... Hands down, "I Love Kick Boxing" is the best place for weight loss and endurance building.

I am so happy I joined ILKB, the AV staff are so positive and nice. The total body workout is definitely good for me since I don't have any workout motivation but joining a class like this definitely boost my motivation and kept me wanting to attend more than 3 classes a week. I always feel great when I leave class. Best thing I ever did for myself in 2018 and going on 2019. Ann.T

I love this place! I have never weighed as much as I do right now in my life. I needed to make a change. I joined I love kickboxing and it has changed my life! I am down about 10 pounds in 2 weeks by attending classes. All the instructors there are so friendly and amazing and make you feel like you belong here. This is hands down the best decision I've ever made♡ You will not get a better workout anywhere else.
