Staff was quite rude and impatient even though they were not busy. Not helpful at all.
Owner is very rude and has no concern what so ever of the patient...doctors handled everything very well but the owner would not let there job be finished to satifactory over a few dollars till payday the very next day..do not reccomend this place to anyone at all because the owner and the girl at front desk!
I was given nothing but poor service here, and the co-owner was very rude. Will never go back to this place.
My doc, because of weather, cancelled my pre-op visit. When scheduled I expressed concern that the appointment was too late. And then the cancellation. Valley Urgent Care handled blood work, EKG, everything in their office. Even the lab results should meet hospital deadlines. Thank you!
