RecommendedI hurt my finger pretty bad on a Friday night and didn't want the long ED wait - or go over the weekend for my regular doctor, so I went back to Valley Urgent Care... Again, I received excellent treatment from the MOST hospitable staff EVER!! AND, I've been to the ED TOO many times and never experienced such terrific 'bedside' humor! There is a good reason why they are busy and there can sometimes be a wait, but its worth it. The providers are thoughtful, objective, and provide high quality care. I always recommend this urgent care over all others.
5 stars!!! I was really sick this morning & could not wait till my regular doctor’s office opened on Tuesday since it is a Holiday tomorrow. The staff was wonderful from the front desk staff to Shana Emerson Morgan, the nurse that had to swab & give me to shots & the NP-Liz Philpott. She was kind, caring & compassionate!! She did everything to start to make me feel better ASAP!....she also sent in another NP to examine my pretty impressive tonsils (+4 in size) that were infected & almost touching w/ swollen nodes...two words... read more
