I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Gonzalez they were very nice and well informed.

The doc saved my right eye for that I'm grateful but the lady on window #1 always over charges me how do I know the other windows always charge me 10$ less I attempted to tell but she ignored me so from now on no more window #1 but over the staff is great they always laugh at my jokes even if there not funny love this place and yes the wait is long but well worth it maybe you all should have a snack bar cuz some time's I get hungry lol�����
Though the staff was nice the excessive wait time is not only ridiculous but is extremely inconsiderate and shows lack of respect to other people's time. Appointment was at 1:30 bit arrived 15 minutes early. Didn't get called back until Now, which it is now 3:05. Seems they are all about quantity and not quality of service which includes wait time to see a consultant. Maybe next time I will send them a bill for my time spent waiting. Not sure if I will be bringing any part of my family here (Family of 5) after this. Can't im... read more
Usually they get me right in fairly quickly, but this time Dad and I sat there for 2 hours waiting on his specialist. Apparently he purposefully over-books lunch because he doesn't eat, just works right through, but his staff does eat lunch. Grump.
Waiting too too long 3 1/2 hrs. Why they schedule so many people is beyond me..here again today heaven knows how long again.
Una clínica excelente todo su personal muy amable los doctores tienen mucha pasiensia y buen trato mi hijo estuvo en tratamiento con ellos y gracias a dios y al doctor Rogelio Cantu todo salió de maravilla.
