2 hours and still counting! I'm currently watching everyone after me leaving the bulding while I'm waiting on a follow up for my 2 month old.
The wait time is beyond excessive have been here for about 2 hours. The staff is wonderful also love the Dr’s. But seriously need to work on the waiting time. It’s ridiculous
I didn't get past receptionist. My insurance pays for an annual eye exam. Wanted to charge me a co-pay "in case the doctor has to do more". What the crap...sounds like "mill" to me. Called insurance company and registered complaint and was told there are many more insured complaints. I'll trust my eye care to a real medical professional not a bunch of scam artists.
The wait is horrible rush for a 4 pm appt for pre op and don’t get called in till an hour later wth always the wait . Love Dr Cantu and Dr Arsiniga but not the wait rethinking on changing Eye clinic boo
This visit went a little better than the previous time ... but it takes soo long to be seen and get the whole process done. WHY? My appointment was at 9am and I walked out of the optical area about 1130am.. but when I got to see the actual doctor himself that was only like 3 mins tops. Granted my previous visit was an all afternoon deal at when I finally came to pay my visit it was like Here's your receipt and your prescription have a nice day.. but being that it was 5pm should not have been and issue..
