I would like to share information about our wonderful business and people we have in our RGV. Today I want to applaud the Gulf Coast Eye Institute, formerly Valley Eye Clinic. I am here for a routine follow up. I am super impress with ALL the staff, from the reception area to my good bye handshake with my fabulous Dr. Cantu and the billing dept. Top notch customer service and care.
They took for ever this time other times its fast
The office is pretty dirty. Stuff was left out from previous appointment when we were taken into the room. Mentioned to the staff and nothing was done. The wait is excessive, plan on being there for 2+ hours. Scheduled an appointment for the following week and they somehow over looked it and didn't realize till after we traveled to the Weslaco for the appointment. Awesome place to get your eyes checked.. physicians and staff are very professional and polite, here for cataract surgery and they explained it real well, so content with their services!
Wow !!!! Since Dr Wingard sees patients on Saturdays our wait time was really good. We were in and out in an hour !!!! That is great, Dr Wingard is an excellant specialist and his team is also excellant. Great job, very friendly team.
My appt was for 5p.m. got there before 4:30p.m. got called in at 5:45p.m. then out and wait some more finally got out at 7p.m. hope it doesn't happen again next time!
