RecommendedThe staff is so nice. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I wasn’t even done at the front desk when My name was called . My check up went fast and smooth. I did wait a while but not any different from any other Dr visit . The Dr was very professional and very nice and explained my situation. No complaints here👍

Everyone from the receptionist, technicians, doctor's assistants and doctors are very professional. From the many appts and 2 operations that I have gone through I have never witnessed an in-polite jester. Daily patients number in the 100s maybe, I have never witnessed a patient loss his temper with the staff. Over booking of patients!! Absolutely HORRBILE wait. schedule an appointment for 8:15, show up at 8. sitting in the waiting area until 9:40, watching herds of people come in after I check in, sit down and get called back, and I just get to sit and wait. Drops FINALLY put in my eyes at 9:55. Most of the staff is polite and professional. If you are stuck with having to come here, plan on spending the day. My family and I have been going to this facility for years. They are always friendly and the wait time is minimum. We go in and get seen quickly. We get our prescriptions and pick out glasses without a problem. Thank you for the service your staff and doctors provides my family.
