This place is a joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They allow dogs to pee and poo on balconies and it's always so dirty here. Garbage everywhere. Disgusting. Mold is here also. Have pics.
Do Not Rent From This Company. We Had A Verbal Agreement For Valley Rental To Replace Our Carpets And This Was Not Done Before Move In. We Moved In And The Place Smelled Terrible! We Then Cleaned The Carpets After Valley Cleaned The Carpets And The Apartment Still Smelled Bad. We Tried Contacting Them Via Phone And They Would Not Answer To Me Or My Roommate For 1 Month. I rented with Valley Rental to avoid Goldmark, but they're one in the same. Avoid these guys at all costs.
We've been here for four years and are now being forced mid contract to pay for our Dog to be DNA tested for $50 because some tenants can't pick up their dog's waste. VR has really screwed us on this. Nice to know how little they value their tenants that pay on time every single month with one exception, pick up their dog's poop, and have hardly had any problems living here. $50 may not seem like a lot, but when you have a budget and randomly have to pay for DNA testing because your rental company just says so, it's annoying... read more
