Just we move 3months ago summer Osgood apartment nice area quite no problem but we find a problem with the AC we give them a lot call and we send a message and we want to the office ! Every time they said we gonna send some one to check you AC every time the guy he no problem with the ac can someone tell me what can I do?? We so tired .
Just like Goldmark if not worse. Here we thought we were renting from a decent company only to get nickled and dimed for their own cheap fixes! Glad we never have to deal with them again!
There was 30+ juveniles gang beating someone in front of our door at the summers at osgood apartments last night near 52ave Management refuses to do anything to improve the safety of its residents. They even told me I should have called the police faster.
We lived in Park Place and I really liked living there, Valley Rental fixed things in a timely manner. The free internet is the only reason we moved. It wasnt very good and no other company was able to come into our building. We did rent again from Valley Tental this time a town home. And again they are very good about getting things fixed. We are pleased with working with them.
Place has had over 17 robberies in my apartment complex alone and not 1 word said about it to warn others to beware. Kinda disheartening knowing they don't care at all
We just completed a one year lease, which went well. They performed maintenance requests in a timely manner and without any issues. I feel that complaints are mostly handled well because we have had complaints that were not our doing and ones that were, which were resolved. With the complaints that was not us, they do not allow you to appeal them. We recently renewed our lease, but have decided to break the lease. These people are a bunch of scam artist. Moved out after living in the townhouses for 3 years. I requested after 2 years the carpet be replaced since it was coming apart at the seams and they told me it wasn’t something they did while someone was living there. Moved out and got charged $1000 for carpet replacement! This is after I had already replaced the upstairs carpet myself! Everything was falling apart.
