I have rented with Valley Rental for several years now and I have really liked the service I have gotten. I had a washer that needed replaced and it was done in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with getting any type of service from Valley Rental.
I moved out, gave them more than proper notice, then the first month I am out of their rental they still take the money from my account which was supposed to be canceled when I gave notice. Pretty crappy they would do that without authorization.
I have only lived with them for 4 days now and I have a better experience than my old landlord. They are 100 times better then anywhere I've lived in the 5 years I've been in the Fargo area. Thanks again for being awesome!!!!!
I live in maple point 4 and I have to climb over a snow bank to get out of the building. I have an appointment to attend today, and my twin toddlers will be going with me. I am going to have a terrible time pushing their stroller through. Horrible service. I rent so that I don't have to stand outside and shovel, but I guess I have to anyway.
Just signed papers to move in through Valley Rental, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! I began my process online, and requested information from the Valley Rental website, and was contacted by Laken in a very timely manner. She was very helpful in providing me with requested information, and was quick to get me in for a showing.
