Both my son and I had to go to the ER and received the poorest care ever. We went to see a doctor afterwards and he asked for my sons records over two months ago. He has yet to recieve them. His new Dr. Even put urgent on the request, and nothing. My advice to anyone seeking care, leave Brownsville to get it because valley Baptist is just as bad. I don't think they are capable at all.
El servicio es excelente, la atención mucho mejor y están muy al pendiente del paciente. En resumen este hospital es mucho mejor que él Valley baptist.
There is one er doc that is wonderful. When I got admitted for pain management with mri in the morning, the nurse practitioner upstairs accused me of going through withdrawal because I had surgery a couple months back, I am litterally shaking in pain, and I dont know whatelse actually. So I am laying in this hospital bed crying and shaking in pain at 3am because she thinks she knows everything after talking to me for 5 minutes.I wish I just went home where I can be in pain there instead of this damn hospital.
They couldnt treat us because we have to be either passed out or dead! How the hell do you want us to come when we are freaking dead or hurt!!???? Bad service seriously!!

Worst hospital ever, was at the emergency room window for 5 minutes and no one around. Had to pound on the door to get someone's attention. Horrible experience...
