I am currently being treated for a collapsed lung and I had severe chest pains so I called for my nurse via the button on my bed. It took the nurse over an hour to respond and she didn't even address my concern. All she said was the tech didn't tell her and I wasn't ready for my meds so she never came. How unprofessional and no sense of urgency. I have a tube sticking out of my side, very serious condition that if something is wrong it can take my life. Everything was going great until I had a bad bad experience with a nurse in ER. She was very disrespectful In front of my husband. My husband had just had open heart surgery. Other then that everyone else was wondering and caring.
At valley regional I had my total knee replacement done, the staff is great they are their for you.my nurse fermin n my night time nurse mitchell were there at all times to make me feel comfortable making sure I was in no pain. My experience at valley regional was great they attend to all ur needs asap, thanks to u all at VRMC
For what I had to go do there at the , I got real quick. Very friendly my nurses. The only thing that's SUCKS really bad (and always has) is the parking. This hospital needs more parking space. Maybe a 3 or 4 story building for parking. And you can't say there is no money.
I had the best experience ever. The staff at Valley Regional Medical Center are the greatest. From the check in person in front, the preop nurses, the staff and Dr. In radiology and the operating staff they all made me feel very comfortable. Thank you to everyone who assisted in my surgery yesterday.
Drs are awesome what I didn't like was the nurse that took down his info she was very rude!
