Other than the rude Admissions (female) clerk at the ER, a couple of lab technicians (couldn't find my vein to draw blood) and food... it was a good experience. The ER doctor and nurses were EXCELLENT and DITTO to Nurse JOY in the 3rd floor - a BLESSING to the MEDICAL PROFESSION.

Well RNs are very nice and friendly but those phones they carry are so distracting. They cant seem to do anything without it ringing. Some cnas are nice and friendly but it takes them 30 minutes before they help you change the patient. The case workers are awesome. Very very helpful.
