RecommendedThe greatest staff, very friendly and most of all completely understanding when it comes to claustrophobic patients. Jessi the MRI tech was the most patient and understanding person I have ever dealt with. I couldn’t have done the procedure without her. She was amazing.

RecommendedThe front office staff was very helpful. The x-ray tech was extremely professional. She explained everything that she was doing and the purpose for the different x-rays views. I was disappointed when my name was called and I saw no one - only a voice. It would have been warmer for the individual to walk into the waiting room and call me back. RecommendedYes!! I will never go anywhere else! I went late evening and I was not rushed or hurried. The facility has ample bathrooms unlike the Samaritan location. The tech and front desk tech were welcoming and warm. The tech made sure I was completely comfortable in the open MRI since I freaked out earlier with the closed ones at Samaritan. Five stars!!
