I have used Valley Radiology Imaging several times and the front office staff and the techs that do the MRI’s are always so nice and helpful and always want to make sure your okay and comfortable before, during and after scan. MRI’s can be very uncomfortable if your claustrophobic or you’ll find out you are if you end up in a small enclosed one . The office in Los Gatos has a nice, big open MRI that makes getting a scan done so much more comfortable. I still need a little Xanax before hand, but nothing like the d enclosed on... read more
I went in for an x-ray. No appointment needed, courteous staff, and not a long wait!
Was my first time here and the staff who attended me was so nice and kind..N0 waiting!
They were so accommodating… So nervous because of my first MRI… Gabe me warm blankets and soothed my fears ... Loved the panic button they gave me… Just in case… It was noisy but so doable… Office staff was very personable and so efficient to get my MRI results over to my Neurologist in less than an hour… Thank you very much entire staff at 555 Knowles Avenue ., Los Gatos. Archie and his co-assistant had the model bedside manner!! Kudos to all!�
The office manager was very helpful and got me in that day for an MRI, the technician made me feel comfortable, the only place to go for an open machine
