RecommendedMy visit at 555 Knowles Dr. was pleasant as usual. The front office personnel were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. I came at the specified time 12:10 and my schedule was met throughout my duration. The young man (wish I could remember his name) who operated the equipment during my 20 mins in that tunnel was exceptionally caring about my physical condition, and checking on me during half time. Bathroom and dressing rooms were clean.

RecommendedThe staff is so awesome and professional. Jessie, the tech, has wonderful bedside manner in making sure everything is comfortable and safe, and helping to quash any anxieties. She was also very quick and efficient and explained everything that was being done. Also Delena at the front desk was very polite and professional as well. Great staff, clean office, confidence-inspiring. :) Absolute recommendation.
