If I could leave a negative star I would… We came here for our daughters 2 month and 4 month checkup and everything was pretty normal other then the lobby was pretty dirty but it wasn’t untill we had to come in bc our 4 month old daughter was pretty sick. We waited over an hour to be seen. Once we were finally in the room the nurse was training someone and she let the trainee manhandle our baby. Ms. is absolutely AMAZING!! Can’t ask for a better lady to be the very 1st face anybody see. You always walk into a clean building, smiling face, never a wait time. Anytime I call for an appointment if it’s same day I’m in there less than 2 hrs later. The doctors are also amazing but Ms. Heather is just WONDERFUL!
Let me start with how amazing Heather is! You walk into a clean, kid friendly environment AND a kind, efficient receptionist! Talk about a rare combination! THEN You go back to see Emily. The patient rooms are clean, large, and again kid friendly. Let me go on about Emily. She takes the time to listen to your concerns while making the children calm. I'm so happy I found this team!
Valley Pediatrics is truly the best choice! After welcoming our newborn and searching for the right pediatrician, we visited a few offices before happily finding Valley Peds.
