Dr. Thornburgh and Donna have taken care of my boy Monster Mash since I rescued him 4 years ago. They are extraordinarly kind and patient. They never rush you through an appointment, are totally invested in the care and well being of your furkids and simply put, are two exemplary people. ( got to say.....their staff rocks it as well). Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable. I take my dog banjo there, they have been very helpful every time anything has come up. Very highly recommend
Just horrible. My family has been taking out animals here for over 20 years. But we won't be returning. My mom went in to put our family cat down today because he is 14 years old. He no longer goes to the bathroom in his litter box, he forgets where things are, and going a little crazy. The doctor spend 2 minutes at most with him and said no he's fine, you just want him out of your live because he's an inconvenience. What kind of person does that. My cat cotton got his tail cut at the very end and we had to take him into the vet. I was treated wonderfully the moment I entered the office, the staff told me it would be awhile but got us in sooner than expected. After the vet came in she talked to us and we informed her I did not have a lot of money. She took him back and he had to have his tale shaved and get seven staples. She was amazing and so kind ( it was obvious how much she cared for animals ) she did everything as low cost as possible while doing a wonderful job... read more
