I could not recommend Valley Oak, Dr. Thornburgh and his staff enough. We had to bring our husky in for an emergency visit, and not only did Dr. Thornburgh keep me updated on her condition, his staff took phenomenal care of my dog! I was getting updates every few hours and we were able to pick her up the same day with everything she needed to help her through the night. The environment is welcoming, the people are friendly, and we could not be happier
Dr. Esh, Caroline and all the staff saved my dogs life. They all went above and beyond to help. There are not enough words to express my thanks and appreciation for the miracle.
They were amazing during my dog Kaya's end of life process. I appreciate you guys. Thanks for everything ❤️
Wonderful staff that really cares about our fury little friends!! They took wonderful care of my dog, Caliber and even called to check on him. Almost think they care more about him than I do! haha. Thank you for everything!!
I have to give kudos to Dr Rich and his staff. I brought in my very sick kitty- Skye into him this morning and took my cat immediately in the office, was wonderful about everything. And even though Skye needed an emergency surgery and needed to stay, Dr Rich called me to let me know that everything went well after he was done. And even though Skye is not home yet, I know he is in excellent hands. His staff is the best. I have taken a couple of my other cats over there a few times and I've always had a positive experience.
Great customer service! Such compassionate care for all of the animals they see and rescue!
