I take all my dogs here for everything. But after today’s call I will never step foot at this establishment agains. I took my small female Maya for many of her back issues, her getting spayed and her teeth removal. I took my chihuahua Mia to be put to rest when she was really sick. RecommendedOur vet that we have been taking our dogs to for years has unfortunately gone downhill so after asking for vet recommendations we decided to take one of our dogs to Valley Oak. The staff was so friendly and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment for my dog. When we arrived for our appointment the check in process was quick. All of the staff we had contact with was great! Caring, more than competent care! Beyond the care for my own animals, which is excellent, I also love that Dr. Thornburgh and his staff care about finding homes for all animals.
They are affordable and wonderful professionals.
I greatly appreciate the staff/team at Valley Oak. They take their time to explain all of your options and genuinely care for your pet. I will not be going anywhere else for vet care.
We’ve been taking our dog here for nine years. I couldn’t think of taking him anywhere else. Dr. Thornburgh and Donna have always treated Rex like one of there own. Thank you for taking great care of him today.
I have have had some of my saddest moments there. Dr. Richard Thornburgh, Donna and staff have went above and beyond everytime.. their compassion and expertise is amazing. i will always take my beloved animals to Rich. thank you guys for all the amazing work you do!!
