My Saturday over Memorial Day weekend was a totally UNACCEPTABLE day spent at urgent care MHS Covington. We checked in at 12:25P, were brought back to a room twice (both times "we" were the wrong patient) then told to wait in waiting area while they cleaned the "eye exam" room which seemed reasonable since we were there for a foreign body to be removed from eye.
