I like the desk front ladies they are really nice .. when the doors open they greet you with smiles face with respect
When a patient's Dr is running 45 min behind schedule and they dont let you know .....Not happy with the level of patient communication. If a physician is running that far behind your staff should be obligated to inform the patient at ck in....my time is just as valuable on a Monday morning work day as yours! #timetofindnewdoctor
Checked in with my 4 kids in Urgent Care & was taken great care of by Lindsey RN who took our vitals & Dr Feeny. In a situation with multiple patients can be frustrating, they were very pleasurable and professional.
They are so great about making sure you're comfortable no matter if you have an appointment or in urgent care. They're also always willing to do all they can to figure out how to make you feel better in the long run. They offer all sorts of ways to expand your knowledge.
They have always been very good to me here! Clean and they care about their patients. I've been seen by Dr. Ravinder a few times and he's very kind and listens!
Had a foot that was hurting pretty bad and didn't have the time to go to the doctor. Ended up popping into the Urgent Care. It was a busy night and I ended up waiting for about 2 hours. It happens. When it was my turn the doctor took me seriously, listened to the issue and when she couldn't find anything substantive referred me to see a podiatrist and gave me meds for the pain.
