I have been in the urgent care in Covington 5 times so far since it opened. I have had swift care been well taken care of. In and out in a realistic amount of time. An hour or less.
Waited 2 hours before I got u and left !! I will never go back
They were good my doctor has my best interest in mind and has very helpfull am thank full for there help
Arrived few minutes before 7pm. Checked out 9:40pm. When your sick it feels like forever. Even worse I witnessed a man getting turned away because they say it was past their cut off time (must be 7pm because I was still checking in). The man complained pneumonia, 102 fever and heart problems. Had I not just ran my card for my co pay I instictively thought could I give him my spot? I have yet to really have any complaints about UW Medicine!! Occasionally the wait to check-in for appointments is a little long, however that is to be expected seeing as though it also an urgent care. I love ALL the staff, they are very personable and have excellent bedside manner. The urgent care is also excellent! I haven't ever had to wait more than 30 minutes to be roomed and usually am seen by the doctor within 45 minutes. I always highly recommend UW Medicine!! I even got my Dad to switch from Multicare!
I have a bacterial infection. Urgent care prescribed a weeks worth of antibiotics. Seemed to be working well but as soon as they were gone the infection came back even worse. I am in intense pain, scared and not looking forwards to having to go back to urgent care :(
