Saw PA Audra , who was amazing. Very kind and caring. I was checked in, seen by the PA, and left with a prescription within an hour. This was at 9:30 am on a Saturday.
Was there for my injured foot, with a suspected fracture. Was limping, and in pain. Nurse asked me if I "even had an injury", and put down that I wasn't injured. Saw a PA, she told me I likely fractured something. Got x-rayed, and no doctor, or radiologist, even looked at my x-rays. Got an ace bandage slapped on my foot, and was told that it was " probably a sprain ", with an aftercare sheet that gave no definitive diagnosis. When I was very sick, the staff saw, n got the wheel chair right away for me so, I can sit. The waiting from arriving didn't take long n, getting the information was fast.. highly recommended this place, you will have TLC
I'm sitting here going on two hours of waiting. My child is coughing and feverish but we are still waiting because our insurance is messed up and they couldn't put us on the schedule until the bill was addressed-talk about quality care. After I demanded my money back and walked out I came back (because what else was I going to do with a sick kid) Was charged again so now I'm out $250 even though they said they voided the transaction. I have unfortunately had the need to visit here several times in the last couple years. They are always nice, caring and competent. I feel I get the urgent care I need but with a doctor office feeling. No need for a loud busy long ER wait for a minor problem!
Usually had a fair wait but a little upset that the Dr was fine with diagnosing my son's wrist without an x-ray. "Well we can if YOU want but I don't see a need." But usually very pleased.
