Took my Ford Escape to repair the air conditioner. Service writer indicated that a condenser needed to be ordered and the final cost would be around $900. I inquired as to whether my extended warranty would cover the cost less the deductible. Service writer initially indicated no, but would check the next day. He called back the next day and said that the repair was covered by the extended warranty and my out of pocket expense would be the $250 deductible.
