FOLLOW UP when a promise is made. RETURN calls. I was forewarned that your service and body shop departments are awful and non responsive. I love my car but which I had purchased a Lexus. They treat their clients like royalty. Perhaps your staff could take some pointers from them.
I have been a FORD owner for several years and needed to upgrade to a bigger car. Walked in with my trade in and what I could afford, and my sales person was AWESOME!!! He was able to get me a great deal on a Ford Escape. Thanks Gary!!!

Screwed over a friend of mines
The absolute worst service department ever. I woke up at 6am to be the first appointment and it still took 4 Hours for them to just pull the car in the bay and 6 hours total to do an oil change and rotate tires. If you don't mind wasting an an entire day for a one hour service, this is the shop for u.
I’ve bought 3 cars from them, one used and 2 brand new Fords. I continue to keep getting good service every time I bring my car in. They work with me, my schedule, each time I’ve needed to have my cars taken care of. Kraig is the best I’ve dealt with at the service department. He will for sure take care of you and your car!
