My wife took her vehicle in to James at the service department for a recall part and a check engine light that was diagnostically locked behind a proprietary code. His initial turnaround time for the repair work was a day, which turned into five days, at which point James went M.I.A. A week into the fiasco, my wife had to call again to leave a message. RecommendedSold our 2018 Ford F-150 Aug 27th with Neal saying it’ll take up to 2 weeks for them to issue us our portion of the sales price once they get the title from the bank. Just a week after we dropped off the car, the loan was paid off with the credit union, was told by the cu that it only takes 2-3 days for mail from Oahu. So obviously they received the title. Service department is TERRIBLE!!! It took 2 months for my car to get fixed. I had to call to follow up, they did not call me. Also, don't expect an explanation because the Service Rep will tell you "It just happens." (2x in a year) I had to do my own research and inform them that there is a Service Bulletin for the exact issue I experienced. The ONLY reason I go to this department is because my car is covered under warranty! As much as I absolutley love my Expedition and my salesman, I will not buy another vehicle from here ... read more

People are friendly & services are quick
They have the worse customer service! There service department calls you 5hrs after you drop off vehicle to say the problems is working correctly when there are not even looking at the right issue... You ask for a shuttle to pick up your car and the last pick up is at 330 so you take time off work and they don’t show up. You sit out side your office for an hour till your friend gets off to give you a ride.. Takes 8 hours to buy a car from..
