Awesome experience. Brian, Greg and Mike treated me like a King. I got the best deal ever. Very nice people. They treat you like a family and give you very personal service. We recently had our Ford Fiesta in for service and were very pleased with the service. The young man who checked us in was so kind,welcoming and professional. He asked if we needed a shuttle and we were really grateful as my husband has undergone left hip replacement,bilateral knee replacement and has severe arthritis of his spine as well as a ruptured disc. The shuttle driver was respectful and willing to drive us to the Maui mall and came back to get us at the time we requested. We rate the service as 5 stars!
Recently had my '13 Ford Explorer in for service/repair. Kraig Westberg was professional as always and efficient as possible in getting a diagnosis, parts ordered and a call to schedule for repair. The glitch this time was not all the parts came in that were needed to complete the job. Waiting to hear from Kraig when the parts get in, to reschedule another trip back to complete the repair.

I have been a Ford Customer since unko Charles and Paul Kaiser were GM and unko Randy and unko Richard. They helped me to get what I have with advice and encouragement. It's not the same without them and the OHANA is not the same. I have had good services and bad services with them where just 03/16/2018 after taking my 2015 Ford escape in to service and do a check up and the following morning my plate that is under my engine was hanging after being in the shop the day before�.
