Highly recommend Michelle in service. I came in right before closing with an issue I was worried about and didn’t want to drive home with problems. She stayed late, explained the situation, took care of it, and got me taken care of. She was very kind, caring, and attentive to my needs. ���
I didn’t purchase my VW from Valley Imports, but I’ve brought my car here for service. What they once charged me $150 for, another service shop was able to fix for less than $10. I don’t feel the service people are honest and I always feel like I’m getting scammed. Wait times are painfully long and communication is mediocre at best. Once I find a place in town that knows how to work on VWs, I’ll gladly never step foot in Valley Imports again.
Sales people are nice and friendly only thing I don't like is you call service dept.and they say they will call back and never do I bought new outlander so my wife and daughter would not have to worry about getting repairs done on a timely matter as I drive a truck and not home a lot thinking I made a mistake about picking you guys for new car if not corrected will not buy my next car from you
You guys went above and beyond for me today. I left feeling so grateful. Thank you for taking care of my car!
