Have a bumper to bumper warranty and my car is 1 1/2 years old. They refused to fix it because they arent really sure what it is. Wow, really, then figure it out. My car literally stopped on the highway in below zero temperatures but they just want me to keep driving it until it does it again because it was only 1 time. Maybe they'll fix it if it does it again.

There was no pressure for a “fast sale.” They were extremely patient as I made my decision and went the extra mile to ensure I was 100% satisfied. We bought 3 vehicles here - 2 Audi ( A6 and Q7) and One VW (Passat) .... sales experience was nothing short of excellent- We have worked primarily with Erik Swenson but all staff is very courteous and exhibits great customer skills as well as patience ... for one I bought a car privately from the service manager john aafor not too long ago and he lied out of his butt! said he bought the vehicle 5 years ago and had 30,000 miles then. after buying it I reviewed the title ans it said he purchased the vehicle not even a year ago and it had 130,000 more miles then he said it did! buyer beware of this crook! i will never go.to this dealership knowing he works there. ick

I have had my Gle 350 serviced at Valley Imports since purchase. It’s easy to schedule an appointment, you receive a video of the inspection, and the service people are the best. I certainly plan to take my new vehicle to Wayne and the crew.
Yesterday we bought a new Mitsubishi. This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Worked with Tim and he was wonderful. We had set the appointment ahead of time and he had cars ready and waiting for us to view and test drive.
