Unfortunately my recent visit was not a good experience at all. I drove from Minot to get my car serviced and when speaking to them prior to the trip over they say I could bring my car in earlier than my appointment so I could get out sooner and head back to Minot earlier. But then they tell me I can’t bring it in early the day of the appointment. Went to look at the Gmc Denali with 110k on it . Price was ok . It has front damage to the bumper which needs to be put back in place dented a fender on the right air suspension is out of it and needs a actuator for the air conditioner to work properly with all that done it’s over 5000 in repairs for what was offered to me in trade was not worth my time and they were not willing to fix it this is the third time I’ve tried to work with valley, maybe next time we can make a deal thanks

We offer these vehicles below market value, knowing that the customer may want to spend some additional dollars repairing some if not all of the repairs necessary.

Great service, great hospitality!
I don't recommend this business simply because customer service isn't what it use to be. When somebody spends thousands of dollars on a vehicle, you shouldn't be expected to shell out hundreds more to repair it less than a month driving it to and from work. Thats just bad business where I come from.
Back in November 2019, I went in and spoke with Robie. He was such a great person to work with. He got me into my beauty I am driving now! when its time for me to upgrade, I hope he is still with the company because he will be my main man!!! Everyone there was so polite and nice. I highly recommend these guys. 5 stars!!!!
