Your service department is an absolute joke. The service department did some suspension work on a family members Audi Allroad. Which means the vehicles camber and toe in for the suspension needed to be checked and fixed after the work got done in order to meet the specifications that Audi recommended. You guys failed to do so. The vehicles camber was off so bad the wheels had to be replaced. And camber fixed by a local auto place here in Alexandria. Once we call you service department manager. Went in for a free oil change. Waited 3.5 hours. Got my oil "changed." 2 months later my timing belt goes out due to low oil. $1300 to fix. Nothing is free at Valley Imports. Still have a free car detail but might as well throw it in the trash to save my self some money.
Very friendly staff and in and out the door in no time!
