I'd highly recommend hiring Joe. We got estimates from 5 other flooring pros, and Joe's price was very reasonable. We had some water damage and had to do a partial hardwood replacement and full refinish. We chose Joe because he was the only pro who told us that we needed to dry our subfloor further, and that he would do it. He was really easy to schedule with, did the work he said he was going to do, and did an amazing job.
Very happy I chose Valley Hardwood! Not only was the price fair, they worked very quickly and efficiently. They were more than happy to show me multiple options for the floor stain, and gave me honest feedback about each option. Thank you Valley Hardwood for making this process an easy one!
Very pleased with the results, but the crew did not always show up at the appointed time (I was driving 40 miles to meet on site) Had to call them back to finish cleaning up and re-install the kitchen stove (talk about an oversight!). Quite a bit of sawdust was left on and in cabinets that were not completely masked and sealed. Excellent customer service - Joe always picks up the phone or promptly returns you calls. He took the time to align with me on the gray flooring color by staining multiple options on the floor. Started and finished the job on time and paid attention to detail by staining under the refrigerator and stove. Valley team also laced in flooring due to a wall removal that looks flawless. Thank you for doing quality work at a fair price.
Valley Hardwood Floors was called to fix a botched flooring job at my mother's house. I have not seen the floors as of yet but she seems to be happy with the end result...And sometimes she's hard to please. :-)
Joe and his team came in and did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors. I do recommend them and would use them again.

Jo and his crew, were very punctual, professional and did an amazing job. They gave us advice when we asked for it and did not up sell us on anything. I would hire them without any hesitation whatsoever. The price quote was one of the lowest ones we got, and we were not sure if that would reflect the quality, however their work was excellent. We refinished and re stained our red oak floors to a chestnut color with satin finish and could not be more happy.
