Our remodel included a few small areas of existing oak hardwood that needed to be spliced in with the new floor. Joe and his crew did an incredible job, and it's pretty much impossible to know where the old wood ended and the new started. He worked with us to reinstall and patch an area that got water damage, and never charged for that! Overall, the floors are beautiful.
Joe and his company did a great job and worked around my travel schedule which many other companies would not. Our floors look terrific. We had some minor touch ups and Joe was out the sme day to correct them. There customer service was 5 stars. They will be my flooring contractor from this point forward. Thanks Joe for your eye for detail and the quality of work you deliver.
Joe was exceptional to work with. He came to give me an estimate when he said he would; he was honest about how long it would be before he could start the project and how long the project would take; his quote was right in line with others I obtained; when the project was complete they completely dusted and vacuumed the house and there was very little wood floor dust in the house (keeping in mind the house was empty - so no furniture to worry about); when the final check was cut, it was the amount we agreed upon at the begin... read more

I hired Joe and his crew for the second time and very happy with my decision. They are very easy to work with, very upfront with everything, and they show you the respect that a client deserves. I respect their attitude, the quality of their work, and the value they offer their customers. Will definitely hire them again for anything flooring and will recommend them to my friends.

Valley Hardwood Floor Company are real experts. They taped off all the areas that were exposed to dust very well with plastic sheets. They fixed several existing flaws in the floor and did a perfect job around all the trim baseboards. They also fixed a few squeaks in the floor. The honey color stain on the oak floors turned out perfect
