Joe was on time for our appointment. He is a nice professional man.He measured and gave me a quote which was reasonable. He did the work the first day with a helper.They covered all door ways and kept things clean. Very little dust. The next day a young worker came alone to put on the last coat. i showed him an area of ripples and he tried to fix it BUT it did not look good. I called Joe and he came by on Monday and then sent someone back a few days later to fix it. Looks great. He is an easy guy to work with.
I will start with the good. They completed the project on time and the floor looks incredible. I was, however, disappointed that the care was not taken to cover up easy things like the appliances (had I known they wouldn't I would have myself) so I spent many hours afterwords cleaning them as well as all of the walls, ceilings, lights, floors that were on the same level as the hardwood. There are some marks on the walls and carpet I still can't get out. I also had to call them back to get the appliances moved back.
Joe and his coworker again fast,professional they did the best wonderful job I will recomand them and will stay in touch for my next project!
Were easy to work with, responded quickly. Had a few problems with floor and had to come back several times.
Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on the 1950 oak floor at my house, and we could not be more pleased. We chose this firm because Joe best understood the issues with our old floor and proposed the proper way to handle them. And the results are superb. His pricing was fair, but the quality of the work was first rate. I plan to use Joe and Valley Hardwood Floors in future for all of my hardwood refinish and repair work. I highly recommend Valley Hardwood Floors, Inc.!

Joe and his assistant were great - personable, efficient, and conscious regarding their own clean-up. They are also very affordable. I strongly recommend them; and when I need to have my wood floors refinished I will reach out to them again.
