I was able to get in for an emergent appointment next day. The customer service was great and Dr. Ward was so kind and helpful! Thank you all!!
Dr. Ward and his team are AMAZING! They are so kind, and incredibly helpful. I refereed my whole family to come see them! 10/10 WILL come again, and I have referred my whole family here!
Great eye Drs and staff, too. Very knowledgeble- and after care! Wow! explaining every step thru procedures. Definitely wanna come back Pre Eye exam is thorough and VWE team are so patient - Dr's and staff here are not clockwatchers!
I was approached by Bill with kindness, compassion and he truly listened to me. I told him I went to target optical for my eye exam, informed Bill that it was a tele appointment, which I will never do again. (The only good that happened from my appointment is I had an amazing experience with a employee named John, he walked me through my visit and made me feel relaxed).
