Dr. Erik Kyler and his support staff (Stephanie and Jeff) at the Valley Eye Clinic are phenomenal. They are caring, thorough, and experienced professionals.
Thus was my second year coming to VEC, and I was having problems with my contacts for about the last 6 months. The Dr assumed it may have been a bad batch of contacts and offered to comp some to see if it was just a batching problem and then also ship me some trials pairs in case it wasn't. Over and above service and ways to get pairs that do work.
