They take forever to attend and they didn't even let us make an appointment before hand. They people at the front desk seem like they don't know what they are doing.
Omg been here since 10:30 am still waiting now past 2 pm.the guy with glasses in the front counter is the worst. Dude needs some serious customer service training. This used to be a good clinic but it has gone downhill. Need to find something better. I think they run flu and strep tests just for the hell of it. None of the flu symptoms but my hubby still getting one and this is from the medical assistant not even the nurse.
Not very good clinic to attend I had a follow up appointment for yesterday I called them on Monday to move it to the next day and they told me I didn't have an appointment set for Tuesday in the system and if I wanted to make an appointment I can do I did for Wednesday and waiting for a long time for the dr to check my hand I walked in and was told to wait while the front desk helped the guy walked in after me and while waiting they called 3 or 4 people ahead of me that showed up after me and another person. This absolutely the worst clinic ever! They are a walk in clinic. First come first serve. I was here at 7:30 this morning they open at 8:00 am. 5 people have been called back before me. Do not come here. They are terrible. The guy at the front desk told me I had to call my company because they didn't send my authorization. Bullshit, he just didn't look thru the paperwork. It was there. Total incompetence
