Front desk personnel have very little knowledge of what needs to happen. Only 3 people in the waiting room. Waited for 1:45 minutes for a urine drug test only to be asked if I was fasting. Fasting till 2:15 pm ? Only to find out later she was wrong . Horrible experience. You all need to invest in more training and customer service. A suggestion to the male nurse. If you don’t like your job ! Quit ! Super rude too

Had the worst experience ever! The lady in the front lobby forgot to submit my name and had me there waiting for almost 2 hours, it wasn't until I got up and let me tell you she couldn't have missed me since I was sitting right in front of her, so I get up and ask how many more people were ahead of me. She asks what my name is and who had attended me.....really! I told her you did, then I asked if she had forgotten to submit my name and low and behold after a few no, no she admits she forgotten.
