When i lived here they were really lazy on repairs i sent in countless work orders but yet “ we never recieved them” on top of that they have a problem with pest control and keeping the place looking good plus i was told by the property manager at the time that if a neighbor asks you for anything that would be a lease violation on both parties if i did help with whatever they asked kinda contradicts the low income aspect of the place.
